- Your Padscription ships on the
20th of each month
- Your
subscription renews on the 15th each month
First order timing explained simply:

Order between the 1st–20th?
Your first pad ships on the
20th, and you'll be billed again on the
15th of the next month.
- 🚚
Order after the 20th?
We'll ship your first pad
right away, then you'll be billed again on the
15th of the following month, and your second pad will ship on the next
20th.

Washing Instructions
We recommend washing and drying all pads and liners before first use.
- Store unrinsed pads in an open wetbag or pail until ready to wash
- For period use, soak overnight in lukewarm water with dissolved OxiClean™ and detergent. For bladder leaks, a soak isn't necessary, though a brief soak in equal parts lukewarm water and vinegar can help if you'd like to neutralize any odour
- Rinse and treat any remaining stains as needed
- Wash and dry with regular laundry, no fabric softener
