We ship to anywhere in Canada. We are aiming to be able to ship worldwide in the near-ish future, but at present, shipping is limited to Canada.

Sadly, no. The FDA in the US deems menstruation to be a medical event. As such, products to deal with menstruation (or bladder leakage) are considered medical devices and require registration and a fee of nearly $10000/yr to legally sell to or within the US. This registration is something we are aiming to complete in the future, but at this time, it is not doable. We are so sorry!!

We typically do deliveries on the Saturday following your order. If ordered late in the week, sometimes it will need to wait for the following Saturday. Occasionally, we will deliver other days...just to keep everyone on their toes!
We ship most often with Canada Post's Lettermail, which is untracked. This allows us to keep costs low and we have found it to be very reliable. However, Canada Post does not provide delivery time guarantees, so we are not able to provide them to our customers.
Your order will arrive in a compostable mailer, which is also reusable. If you cut carefully, you'll find a second sticky strip, covered with a release liner. To reuse the mailer, simply add your own contents, remove the release liner and seal it up!
Inside your mailer, your items will be wrapped in tissue, which is also compostable. The tissue helps to keep your order flat and in place while it travels.
