Reusable Pad Starter Set: Cup Back-Up

Are you using a menstrual cup you really love, but need some back-up protection? You'll love this Reusable Pad Starter Set - the Cup Back-Up Set! 

You'll receive two light absorbency pads to provide some backup protection on heavier days, so you don't have to worry about occasional cup leaks as well as four liners to cover your needs on lighter days.  The Long Heavy absorbency pad will allow you to sleep cup-free overnight.  And, we've included a little waterproof zippered pouch which you can use to take along a reusable pad or your cup. (It also makes terrific cup storage when not in use!)

🌱  Liners Used For:

• Daily freshness
• Periods: the very tail end of a cycle; cup back-up
• Incontinence: teensy dribbles; otherwise not for incontinence

🌱  Light Absorbency Used For:

• Periods: light menstrual flow; cup backup
• Incontinence: small sneeze pees or minor leaks

🌱  Heavy Absorbency Used For:

• Periods: heavy menstrual flow; overnight protection
• Incontinence: frequent leakage; small, but continual dribbling; small to moderate gushes

🌱  Washing Instructions

We highly recommend you wash and dry all pads and liners before first use.

1. Store unrinsed pads in an open wetbag or pail until ready to wash.
2. When ready to wash, soak pads overnight in COLD water with a bit of dissolved OxiClean™ and detergent.
3. Rinse pads and treat any remaining stains. Repeat soak, if necessary.
4. Wash and dry pads with regular laundry, WITHOUT fabric softener.
