Reusable Liner: Purple Feathers

We love our reusable pantyliners and we think you will, too!!  We serge our liners to them trim and discreet, which we find allows women to feel comfortable using them on a daily basis, for those who like daily pantyliners.

Although great at prolonging the life of your underwear, these do not have a waterproof backing, therefore, besides daily freshness, reusable pantyliners are best suited to absorbing very small amounts of menstrual flow, such the tail end of a cycle, or for serving as menstrual cup back-up.

🌱  Used For:

  • Daily freshness
  • Periods: the very tail end of a cycle; cup back-up
  • Incontinence: teensy dribbles; otherwise not for incontinence

🌱  Specs:

  • Topper: Cotton spandex
  • Backer: 2 layers of 100% cotton flannel
  • Length: 6" (mini) or 8" (standard short)
  • Snapped Width: 2.5"

🌱  Washing Instructions

We highly recommend you wash and dry all pads and liners before first use.

  1. Store unrinsed pads in an open wetbag or pail until ready to wash.
  2. When ready to wash, soak pads overnight in COLD water with a bit of dissolved OxiClean™ and detergent.
  3. Rinse pads and treat any remaining stains. Repeat soak, if necessary.
  4. Wash and dry pads with regular laundry, WITHOUT fabric softener.

Purple Feathers Pantiliner

Love Amie’s pantiliners and all the super cute patterns! This was my first time trying reusable pads and I am never going back to disposables! I wished I had discovered them years ago. They are comfortable and well made and the irritation I used to get from disposables is gone! It sounds silly but I look forward to using them because of all the pretty prints!

Well made and comfortable

I was hesitant to try these, but I'm so glad I did! Not only do I feel good about producing less waste in my household, but they are soft and comfortable against my skin. I wondered how they would stay in place without the adhesive backing I'm used to, but I'm happy to say they DO stay in place very well!

Great quality and company - pads not for me

Amie pads customer service is great! The product is great quality, you can see the care put into each item. These were my first attempt at using a “reusable pad” I chose the liner with hopes it would be very thin and not noticeable. I’m disappointed to say I won’t use these, it kind of feels like a rolled up facecloth between my legs, I’m not sure if there is a solution to this with reusable pads, it’s just too much material for me to feel comfortable 😔. I wanted to love them, but I will stick with period underwear and menstrual cups.
