The Period Essentials Starter Set gives you a thoughtful variety of sizes and absorbencies to handle your whole cycle, plus a small waterproof pouch so you're ready when you're away from home.

• Liner: daily freshness; the very tail end of your cycle
• Light: light menstrual flow; cup or disc backup
• Moderate: moderate menstrual flow
• Heavy: heavy menstrual flow; overnight protection

🌱 Washing Instructions

We recommend washing and drying all pads and liners before first use.

1. Store unrinsed pads in an open wetbag or pail until ready to wash
2. For period use, soak overnight in lukewarm water with dissolved OxiClean™ and detergent. For bladder leaks, a soak isn't necessary, though a brief soak in equal parts lukewarm water and vinegar can help if you'd like to neutralize any odour
3. Rinse and treat any remaining stains as needed
4. Wash and dry with regular laundry, no fabric softener
