They’re not worn internally—instead, you fold them gently and place them between the labia to help direct fluid into the centre of your pad. This makes standard-shaped reusable pads more effective for people whose flow runs toward the front or back.

🌱 Washing Instructions
We highly recommend washing and drying all pads and liners before first use.
Store unrinsed pads in an open wetbag or pail until ready to wash.
Soak pads overnight in cold water with a bit of dissolved OxiClean™ and detergent.
Rinse and treat any remaining stains as needed.
Wash and dry with regular laundry—no fabric softener, please.
