Welcome to Amie Pads. We’re a small, Canadian business based in Ontario, creating high-quality reusable pads with care, integrity, and attention to detail. These terms help clarify how our website and online store operate.
By visiting our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and our other policies (Privacy, Refund, and Shipping). We’ve done our best to keep everything straightforward and transparent.
Every Amie Pad is made with care. Product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. We do our best to photograph and describe products accurately, but small variations in colour or texture may occur.
All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). We currently ship within Canada only. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments or another trusted provider. Your payment information isn’t stored on our servers.
If there’s an error with your order (for example, an incorrect price or inventory issue), we reserve the right to cancel or refund it.
We prepare and ship orders carefully and on time. Shipping options, carriers, and estimated delivery times are listed on our Shipping Policy page.
Once a package leaves our hands, responsibility transfers to the carrier. We’re not liable for delays, damage, or loss in transit, but we’ll always do our best to help resolve any issues.
Because our products are intimate, reusable items, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for hygiene reasons unless an item is defective. You can read full details on our Refund & Exchange Policy page.
We try to keep our website content up to date, but occasional errors may appear (for example, typos or small mistakes in product details). We reserve the right to correct or update information at any time without prior notice.
All content on this site—including product images, descriptions, brand name, and logo—is the property of Amie Pads. You may not reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without written permission.
We stand behind our products, but we can’t promise that every pad or website interaction will be completely error-free. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Amie Pads and its owners, employees, and contractors aren’t liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use (or inability to use) our website or products.
These Terms and all purchases from Amie Pads are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes will be handled in Ontario, Canada.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our business or the law. The date at the top of this page shows the latest update.
