We want your order to reach you safely and without surprises. Below is everything you need to know about how we ship, deliver, and package your Amie Pads orders. 💙
Orders under $95 CAD → flat-rate $7.95 shipping
Orders $95 CAD and over → Free shipping!
All orders are shipped with tracked service through reliable Canadian carriers if available at a reasonable cost ($7.95 or 10% of your order cost, whichever is more). If not, we will ship with Canada Post Lettermail shipping, which is reliable but not trackable.
Orders usually ship within about one week, most often on Friday or Saturday.
Some items (such as postpartum pads) may take a little longer — any exceptions are noted on the product page.
We currently ship anywhere in Canada.
We hope to expand internationally in the future, but for now, shipping is limited to Canadian addresses.
Orders ship from Ontario, Canada.
We don’t yet ship to the U.S. because the FDA classifies menstruation and incontinence products as medical devices. Registration fees and regulatory requirements make this unfeasible at the moment (approximately $10,000 USD per year).
We hope to offer U.S. shipping in the future.
If local delivery is available to your address, you’ll see the option at checkout.
Local delivery is free.
We usually deliver on Saturdays. Orders placed late in the week may go out the following Saturday.
Occasionally, deliveries happen on other days — we like to keep things interesting!
During postal service disruptions, we may ship with alternate carriers to avoid delays. All shipments include tracking, if available.
Your order will arrive in a compostable mailer.
Inside, your items are wrapped in compostable tissue paper to help keep everything neat and secure in transit.
Once an order leaves our hands, responsibility transfers to the carrier.
We’re not liable for lost, delayed, or damaged packages — but please reach out if something goes wrong. We’ll do our best to help you track or replace your order whenever possible.

We occasionally pause or adjust shipping timelines during holidays, restocks, or strikes. Any temporary changes will always be posted on the website.
