This set will provide you with enough pads that, depending on your needs, you may not need to add anything else for a full stash. You'll receive a variety of pads and liners and a large wetbag to help you store for your pads while they await the wash or in between cycles.

Wondering what each pad is for?
🌱 Liners Used For:
- Daily freshness
- Periods: the very tail end of a cycle; cup back-up
- Incontinence: teensy dribbles; otherwise not for incontinence
🌱 Light Absorbency Used For:
- Periods: light menstrual flow; cup backup
- Incontinence: small sneeze pees or minor leaks
🌱 Moderate Absorbency Used For:
- Periods: moderate menstrual flow
- Incontinence:sneeze pees; small splashes with exercise or exertion
🌱 Heavy Absorbency Used For:
- Periods: heavy menstrual flow; overnight protection
- Incontinence: frequent leakage; small, but continual dribbling; small to moderate gushes

🌱 Washing Instructions
We highly recommend you wash and dry all pads and liners before first use.
- Store unrinsed pads in an open wetbag or pail until ready to wash.
- When ready to wash, soak pads overnight in COLD water with a bit of dissolved OxiClean™ and detergent.
- Rinse pads and treat any remaining stains. Repeat soak, if necessary.
- Wash and dry pads with regular laundry, WITHOUT fabric softener.
