Choose your absorbency level from the dropdown menu to receive a set of four reusable pads or liners, featuring our newest prints: Moody Mushroom, Neutral Rainbow, Water Lily, and Dragonfly. Each pad is handmade in Canada with care and designed for comfort, absorbency, and ease of use.
Three of the prints (Moody Mushroom, Neutral Rainbow, and Water Lily) are topped with cotton spandex—soft and breathable like your favourite tee, with just the right balance of warmth and coolness. The Dragonfly print features our athletic wicking jersey, which stays dry and feels cool, even in summer or after exercise.
All pads are backed with waterproof softshell fabric and feature our signature wrap-wing design for excellent side coverage and a secure snap-around fit.
🌱 Please Note About Liners:
While liners are great for everyday freshness and protecting your underwear, they do not include waterproof backing. They’re best suited for very light flow or moisture, like cup backup or the tail end of a cycle.

- Incontinence: teensy dribbles; otherwise not for incontinence
🌱 Light Absorbency Used For:
- Periods: light menstrual flow; cup backup
- Incontinence: small sneeze pees or minor leaks
🌱 Moderate Absorbency Used For:
- Periods: moderate menstrual flow
- Incontinence:sneeze pees; small splashes with exercise or exertion
🌱 Heavy Absorbency Used For:
- Periods: heavy menstrual flow; overnight protection
- Incontinence: frequent leakage; small, but continual dribbling; small to moderate gushes

🌱 Washing Instructions
We highly recommend you wash and dry all pads and liners before first use.
- Store unrinsed pads in an open wetbag or pail until ready to wash.
- When ready to wash, soak pads overnight in COLD water with a bit of dissolved OxiClean™ and detergent.
- Rinse pads and treat any remaining stains. Repeat soak, if necessary.
- Wash and dry pads with regular laundry, WITHOUT fabric softener.
