Handmade with love in a smoke-free and pet-free environment, these pads make terrific menstrual cup back-up or protection on your lighter flow days. Our signature shape offers exceptional wing-coverage and a symmetrical flare. We mark absorbency in the corner of the Amie tag on the back of each pad.

🌱 Washing Instructions

We highly recommend you wash and dry all pads and liners before first use.

Store unrinsed pads in an open wetbag or pail until ready to wash.
When ready to wash, soak pads overnight in COLD water with a bit of dissolved OxiClean™ and detergent.
Rinse pads and treat any remaining stains. Repeat soak, if necessary.
Wash and dry pads with regular laundry, WITHOUT fabric softener.

wonderful product

i received four of the light absorbency pads and wow what a pleasant change and so happy to make the change from disposable to these..comfortable, dry and so easy to use ...i am happy

Pretty great!

This is my first time trying reusable pads. I am using them before my period starts (just in case!) and when it is really really light (beginning and end). These are super comfortable and they don't shift around. I will definitely continue to use them, and may switch to using them all the time. My only "complaint" is that they are a little bulky with the snap, and that if you are wearing loose clothes, you can see the shape of it sticking out straight (like the pad goes straight instead of being on a curve with your body- I now only wear this with pretty tight underwear to keep that from happening)

Flow of Life.

I love these pad. Comfort, keeps you cool feeling, easy to wash and helps the environment. I use for minor urinary incontinence. They work well. I feel good about the environmental stewardship. They look pretty too. Nice patterns. I think many women would be interested in them. We need to start feeling like our periods are the Devine flow of life. Women are so connected to the rhythms of nature and the cosmos. I feel these pads are a way women can take care of themselves in a loving way, knowing all that flows from you is good.
