Hi JW, I am so very sorry to hear this. Being one of the thinnest pads we offer, I am very surprised to hear this feedback, as the thinness is one thing customers usually really love!

if you suffer from incontinence like I do, are tired of not quite finding a disposable that fits just right or want to lesson your environmental footprint I would recommend you give these reusable pads a try. I absolutely love how light weight they are, yet can tackle all you throw at them. So light in fact you .don't even feel like you are wearing anything. very easy to use and to clean. Customer Service is very friendly, helpful and more then willing to walk you through the process to ensure you get the exact product that will work best for your needs. Thank You for your quality product, wonderful service and I look forward to continuing our association as I build upon my recent purchase.
